Your fault will be responded to in line with the Service Maintenance Level to which you subscribe. Please see below details of care levels and estimated response/clear times:

Level 2 (standard on All Lines)
Faults reported, aimed to be cleared by 23:59pm the next day, Monday to Saturday, excluding Public and Bank Holidays.

Level 3
Faults reported by 13:00pm, aimed to be cleared by 23:59pm same day. Faults reported after 13:00pm aimed to be cleared by 12.59pm next day, seven days a week, including Public and Bank Holidays

Level 4
Faults reported, aimed to be cleared within 6 hours, any time of day, any day of the year.
