Your fault will be responded to in line with the Service Maintenance Level to which you subscribe. Please see below details of care levels and estimated response/clear times:
Level 1 (standard on all lines)
Faults reported, aimed to be cleared by 23:59pm the next day. Between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Mondays to Fridays excluding weekends and public holidays
Faults reported, aimed to be cleared within 6 hours, any time of day, any day of the year.
